Therefore, all statements of Vietnam Best Holidays, means they are all statement of Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd as well.
This terms & conditions are written by Vietnam Best Holidays (or Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd). It applies to all people who made travel booking to Vietnam Best Holidays. Once you have your booking with Vietnam Best Holidays, you are agreed with below terms of service.
I. Important Notes
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD or $) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services which we arrange on your behalf
+ Prices are valid 30 days from date of offer. Past this date price and conditions may be readjusted.
+ The cost of air tickets is subject to change without prior notice by the airlines.
+ Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year (TET Holiday), National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.
3. Itinerary Exclusions
We would be happy to provide you with a quote for air-tickets, early check-in or any additional services you might require.
+ Rooms at hotels are official available only from 14:00 on arrival day till 12:00 on departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
+ Please note that all the above services & tours have yet to be booked, they are proposed for your information only and we will not make any reservations before we receive your confirmation to do so.
+ If one or some proposed service(s) is (are) not available at the moment of booking, we will try to find other possibilities/options or other similar service(s) in order to avoid changes to the program.
II. General Booking Conditions
Here you will find information about the different booking conditions that apply to the holidays and travel arrangements available on our website. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. Booking Details
You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately and make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.
The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
The deposit is required to guarantee your reservation (tours, hotels, transportation, tour guide…). The deposit of USD 200 per person
or 20% of the total amount
if the booking is more than USD 1000 per person is required upon booking. You can check our Payment methods

The Balance payment shall be received no later than 45 days prior to the Customer’s arrival, or if the booking is made within 45 days prior to the Customer’s arrival, full payment must be made upon booking done. All payments shall be made either by major credit card or by telegraphic remittance to the appropriate account.
Note: The balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival date (this is flexible and negotiation)
3. Cancellation or Amendments
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent in writing and will not take effect until received.
3.1 Tour Cancellations By You
Any cancellation after confirmation and deposit 20% of total cost per person is non-refundable as the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold is a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, carriers). And the following rules apply for cancellations:
+ More than 45 days: the deposit is non-refundable
+ From 44-31 days: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited
+ From 30-15 days: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited
+ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost
+ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
+ No-show: 100% of total tour cost
Note: For the avoidance of doubt, since some suppliers (hotels, cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different from those of the Company, the cancellation charge may, at the Company’s discretion, be adjusted accordingly.
3.2. Cancellations Not By You
We are always committed to take our best effort to operate all tours as planned in advance. However, due to factors out of our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
+ Services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
+ Any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
+ Cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd agree to release each other from any further obligations which would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.
4. Refund Of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour prices but not utilized by the Tour member.
5. Children & Infant Prices
+ Children under 3 years of age at time of travel are free of charge. Limit 1 child per group.
+ Children from 4 to under 9 years of age at time of travel
- Use room with 2 adults (no occupancy of extra bed): Charged at 50% of the adult price.
- Use room with 2 adults (with extra bed): Charged at 75% of the adult price.
- Use room with 01 adult: Charged at 90% of the adult price.
+ Children from 10 years and over are charged adult price according to airlines and hotels.
+ Note: Air tickets for child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of booking.
6. Liability & Responsibility

All travel arrangements which we provide or which are sold through us are not an offer by us to sell any travel arrangements, but an invitation to you to make an offer to the suppliers of the arrangements. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it.
Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd, act solely as a booking agent for the relevant supplier, and as such, have no liability whatsoever to you for any death, personal injury or loss of whatever nature you may suffer unless caused by our own negligence.

We guarantee our price is THE BEST as the the services we provide. We take very seriously the selection of our partners and of our products and services. We make inspections of all our products and services regularly. We always try our best to meet your needs.

8. Feedback or Complaints
+ We wish any of your complaints do not bring back home, so that if you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, please let us know as soon as possible to remedy the problem.
+ We would like to recommend travelers give us reviews after finishing tour on our channels such as TripAdvisor, Facebook Fanpage, or our website.
9. Photographs & Videos
We reserve the right to take photographs and video during your trip. By traveling with us, you grant to us the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use and publish your image, or likeness, without compensation, for commercial, advertising, editorial, or any other purpose; and in any manner and medium, whether now known or hereafter devised; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without your inspection or approval. You hereby release and discharge us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the use by us of your image or likeness. If you prefer that your image or likeness not be used, you must advise us in writing, no later than 30 days prior to your departure date. Photographs and videos of your trip may be submitted to us by you or by third parties such as (but not limited to) other travelers, tour guides, crew, or staff members.
10. Stop A Passenger Or Remove Passenger From Tour
We reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour or cruise passenger. We reserve the right to expel any passenger from a tour or land a passenger from a vessel if we deem this necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour or cruise participants, including if your behavior is deemed to cause or be likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to other passengers or if we reasonably determine your condition would adversely affect your health, safety or enjoyment or that of other passengers. If we remove you from a trip in progress or land you from a vessel, you will not be entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit of any kind for unused or missed services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of the travel arrangements and you will be responsible for your travel costs to return back home.
11. Medical Issues And Special Needs
+ You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
+ You are encouraged to report any disability requiring special attention to us at the time the reservation is made, including requiring the use of special equipment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of a tour.
+ Most of our trips are not wheelchair or motorized scooter accessible, as a wheelchair or motorized scooter assistance or accessibility in international destinations cannot be guaranteed. If your trip is wheelchair-accessible and you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. On most international trips, we cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy and cannot accommodate service animals.
+ If you are unable to travel without assistance, you must be accompanied by an able companion. It is strongly recommended that persons requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and is completely responsible for providing assistance. Neither Company nor its personnel, nor its suppliers, may physically lift or assist customers into transportation vehicles. If a traveler thinks he or she might need assistance during a trip, he or she should call or write to us to determine what assistance might reasonably be given. The Company cannot provide special individual assistance to customers with special needs for walking, dining or other routine activities or personal services.
+ If you have a condition that requires special equipment or treatment, you must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to your condition.
+ If you have a condition as contemplated herein, you travel at your own risk. The operator is not liable for any injuries or damages you may suffer relating to such a condition, including without limitation loss of special equipment, lack of assistance with or an accommodation of special needs, and unavailability of medical assistance or treatment.
12. Travel Documents
Travel documents will be issued after final payment has been received and are normally sent three weeks prior to departure date. Your travel documents include your name, number of pax travel with you, Tour name & Code, Itinerary… Travel documents may include special conditions including restrictions such as baggage size and weight limits. Travel documents are not transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport holder as shown exactly in the Passport. Airlines Company will deny carriage if the name varies. If this matter occurred, your booking may be cancelled. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents prior to the travel date.
13. Airfares - Cancellations & Amendments
Prices do not include airfares from or to your departing destination, unless specified. All flights bookings are subject to the carrier’s conditions of carriage. It is your responsibility to read throughout and understand the terms and conditions that are related to your airfare. You have the right to contact the relevant airline if you require further information. Cancellation and refund policies associated with the airfares are varied according to airfare terms and conditions of the relevant airline. Note that the cancellation and refund policies of the airfare are not the same to all the Airlines. Different airlines have different policies. It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the scheduled departure time.
