Vietnam Best Holidays is brand of Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd which was established in 2010 and based in Vietnam.

Therefore, the payment will be done under Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd. The policy of payment as below:

The deposit is required to guarantee your reservation (tours, hotels, transportation, tour guide…). The deposit of USD 200 per person or 20% of the total amount if the booking is more than USD 1000 per person is required upon booking.

The Balance payment shall be received no later than 45 days prior to the Customer’s arrival, or if the booking is made within 45 days prior to the Customer’s arrival, full payment must be made upon signing the Reservation Form. All payments shall be made either by major credit card or by telegraphic remittance to the appropriate account.

At Tiptop Tour Co., Ltd, we are able to accept four payment methods for the customers. You can choose one of them, when you book service with us. Our company will notify you upon receipt of your payment.

We highly recommend all clients to pay us with a big amount from USD 1000 up.

+ Option 1: Remit to “Personal Bank Account” (Prefer Remit To This Account)

Avoid bank fee, the balance payment can be accepted pay by cash on arrival date. We definitely accept cash in VND, USD, AUD, EUR, but exchange rates will be applied by our local bank. We will meet you at hotel to collect cash.

MoneyGram and Western Union Service (highly recommended for big amount of money)

MoneyGram and Western Union Service are relatively safe and fast and lower transfer fee. So they are highly recommended for all bookings.

No other but only Mrs. Hoang Thi Hai is authorized to receive the money using above methods.

We use secure online VTCPay Payment Gateway System. We will send you a payment link, you just simple to follow the step to pay through system. This method is mostly suitable for deposit.

We connect with the VTCPay Payment Gateway (https://vtcpay.vn) to accept Online Payment by most major debit and credit cards. Represents Master Card to provide online payment solution to the enterprises in Vietnam, VTCPay Payment Gateway meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard and JCB. Your card information will be processed advanced security system and not stored at our database (Merchant).

We will send you an invoice and a secure link for online payment by email. Just click to the link and follow instructions to pay online by major debit and credit cards. You need fill your billing address, telephone number, full name (as in your passport) to the form.

+ Second step: Card Information input Online payment password will be required if you have enrolled 3D-Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, Master Card Secure Code for MasterCard, and J-Secure for JCB Card.

+ Last step: Transaction result Please wait for few minutes for the transaction result from VTCPay Payment Gateway. We will send you an email to inform you the Order status and the transaction result.

If you input correct card information but receive no transaction result from the payment gateway or us, do not try to make other payment. Please contact us for the transaction result and confirmation of the order. Your transaction may be occasionally not successful as: (1). You have input in-correct card information (2). You have not input enough credit balance (daily or monthly) (3). Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.
