Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then, we continue to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake, which is one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam.

After lunch with delicious local dishes, the tour proceeds to visit the Ethnology Museum, then continue to visit the Temple of Literature. This is Vietnam’s first university, being constructed in 1070. It is gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. We will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters and visit Ngoc Son Temple. Finally, at the end of the day, you enjoy the water puppet show, a special feature of Vietnam culture.
The third day of the luxury Vietnam package is when Vietnam Best Holidays takes you to Ha Long Bay – the World Natural Heritage of Vietnam. At 08:00 am, the shuttle bus of the cruise will pick you up and transfer to Ha Long Bay. It will take for more than 3 hours to Ha Long Bay, and the road will pass by the Red River delta with green paddy fields and rural villages, where hard-work farmers are busy with their farming jobs, plow buffaloes or planting seedling.
Upon arrival in Ha Long harbor, you will be welcome on a cruise, and start to discover the magnificent beauty of this bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. Enjoy your lunch of fresh seafood onboard, and visit the Surprising Grotto, stop for swimming or kayaking, passing floating villages and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance.

On day four, you continue to explore Ha Long Bay with famous destinations like Fisherman’s Head, Turtle, the Sail, the Incense Burner Rock, the cute Sea Dog Rock or Cock Fighting Rocks and so on. Once you come back to Hanoi in the afternoon, you will be taken to the airport to fly to Da Nang and then stay in Hoi An ancient town. We will visit Marble Mountains, it is a cluster of five marble and limestone hills located in Ngu Hanh Son ward and admires the dramatic Hai Van Pass, the high dividing line between the climate zones of north and south Vietnam. Continue southwards passing Lang Co beach, a lovely stretch of beach curving outwards between a clear blue lagoon and the East Sea. The day of the luxury Vietnam package ends with your arrival in Hue.
You will start exploring Hue in the seventh day, the first destination being the ancient and sacred Thien Mu Pagoda, then the Citadel – The palaces of the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945), the last dynasty of Vietnam – Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Imperial Ancestral Temple and Hue Royal Antiques Museum. In the afternoon, you will visit Minh Mang tomb, one of the most interesting emperor tombs in Hue and Khai Dinh Tomb which represents a fusion of traditional Vietnamese style and modern influence. The tomb is almost entirely made of concrete and includes many European architectural details.

The next day, Vietnam Best Holidays takes you to Ho Chi Minh City. Here you shall explore Cu Chi Tunnels, and spend time exploring the maze of tunnels including innumerable trap doors, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens.

The tenth day is fully spent on Mekong Delta, which is a fertile area spreading nearly 50,000 kilometers square. Here the mighty Mekong River ends by splitting itself into nine major tributaries. The Vietnamese name these nine tributaries “Nine Dragons.”
You can enjoy the scenic journey along the way bordered by green rice fields, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, take a leisurely on a boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. You also have a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit and honey tea and enjoy “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by locals.
