My experience working with John was so smooth and easy he made me feel so comfortable. John a great listener, with my last-minute changes it was no inconvenience to him. We were very happy with the quality of the trip in Vietnam, the places I visited like Hanoi, Halong, Hoian…were very beautiful, and especially the tour guides and drivers.
