I/ Here is the policy of the air ticket booking

+ It can be made for up to 6 passengers (excluding infants) per booking.
+ Adults: From 12 years old at the time of traveling on the first flight (based on date of birth and traveling date).
+ Children: From 2 years old to under 12 years old.
+ Infants: From 7 days to under 2 years old.
1 Children must be traveled with an authorized person. Tickets must be booked under the same reservation.
II/ Policy for Infants
1/ Infants without a seat will be issued a ticket at a discount of 90% of adult fare.
2/ Infants with the seat are currently not accepted for booking.
3/ Children will be issued a ticket at a discount of 25% off the applicable adult fare.
4/ Travelers under 14 years traveling are required a commitment letter of a legitimate representative to operating airlines.
III/ Step to book directly with Airlines Companies
You need to visit their website to know the price of tickets and policy. Pay attention about.
1/ Policy for taxes, and fees, baggage
2/ Total fares payment includes all airport and passenger taxes, fees, and surcharge.
3/ Rules for international payment card verification (VISA/MASTER/JCB)
4/ At the check-in, the cardholder is required to show the payment card, eTicket, and Passport for verification.
5/ In case the cardholder could not proceed to the airport for payment card verification, the cardholder is required to verify at the Vietnam Airlines office before the flight departure.
