Quang Tri Overview

Quang Tri province is located in North Central Vietnam, surrounded by Thua Thien - Hue province on the south, Quang Binh province on the north, Savannakhet (Laos) on the west, and the Sea on the east, with 75 km (47 mi) of seaside.

Quang Tri province lies on the intersection of the Trans-Vietnam highway and East - West economic corridor, intercultural domestic regions. As ferocious battlefront in the war against invasion of the Vietnamese people in the 20th century, Quang Tri store a system of unique historical and monumental sites, attracting domestic and foreign visitors as historical relics in Hien Luong riverbank, Quang Tri citadel, Vinh Moc Tunnels and so on. In addition, there are many beautiful scenery as Tram Tra Loc, Klu hot-water spring, Ru Linh, O O waterfall, Dakrong scenic spot and stunning beaches such as Cua Viet, Cua Tung, Vinh Thai, My Thuy, Con Co island.... Beaches here bear unique beauty with blue water, the smooth white sandy beaches, cool breezes and the pristine beauty bestowed by nature.
